COCH & Cie. Corporate Finance is in general open to a compensation in equity or similar rights from a company we advise, if feasible. Such a form of compensation may be applied in particular in early-stage and growth financing projects. However, we believe that such a compensation model may be also applied in a 'classical' buy- or sell-side transaction. Alternatively, our compensation may be mapped with 'virtual' shares or similar rights.
