Besides experience, commitment, know-how and know-why is a resilient network, with established contacts, an important and not to be underestimated element in the transaction and advisory business. In order to meet these requirements we have established a network of consultants, lawyers, accountants and tax advisers as well as entrepreneurs, industry managers and former clients who support our efforts on a case to case basis with their contacts and in-depth sector and industry expertise respectively.

Personally, we have long-standing contacts with all major financial sponsors and non-strategic investors in German-speaking countries (financial investors, family offices, high net worth individuals etc.) as well as to many entrepreneurs and enterprises in the small and middle market segment in Germany. Furthermore, we possess of a sustainable network with regard to providers of alternative financing instruments as well as traditional lenders.

As a member of a global alliance of M&A / corporate finance advisors and transaction experts we have access to a network of more than 250 partners in over 30 countries worldwide. Jointly with our Polish partner Acropolis Advisory we are working on cross-border projects and transactions between Germany and Poland. In addition, we are a member of the leading 'digital' M&A transaction platform.
